Dynamic Growth
The Dynamic Growth Strategy uses dynamic funds to magnify index and sector returns. Mutual funds from such companies as Rydex, Profunds, and Direxion are used to accomplish this strategy. Exchange Traded Funds from ProShares may also be used for larger accounts.
Our techniques are designed to identify sectors that may outperform the market in general. This proprietary system identifies buying, selling, or inversing opportunities near the market close each trading day. First, the system scans a broad base of index and sector funds using an internal algorithm for specific opportunities. When an opportunity is identified, we then quantify it with technical charting analysis. If the opportunity remains attractive, we will take action in those sectors by using available dynamic funds.
These funds are typically leveraged to perform at one hundred fifty to two hundred fifty percent of the respective benchmark index or sector of each fund. Since the market rarely goes up in a straight line, we also employ inverse funds that "do the opposite" of the benchmark index. By using these funds, we utilize potentially profitable situations in declining markets as well as a hedge technique for risk reduction with existing positions.
